Definitions

*Buy Now The first buyer to pay this price secures the name and the current auction (if any) ends. The 'Buy Now' option allows the bidder to agree to the price listed in this option and initiate payment within 72 hours of that day. If payment on the name is not initiated within 72 hours of the day the bidder agreed to the 'Buy Now' price, the name will go back to auction and the 'Buy Now' price is no longer guaranteed.

Quick Sale When a buyer needs the cash NOW, they can reduce the price, up to half the last posted "BuyNow" price. All interested bidders and interested parties previously advertised to via our email campaigns, will be notified within one hour of each other and the first buyer to reply to our ad and agree to the price, wins the name. The auction ends and all bids are considered 'outbid'. The buyer has 48 hours to pay the "quick sale" reduced price. If payment is not made within the timeframe, we may notify the next client who agreed to buy the name at the "quicksale" pricing.

Reserve Price This is the minimum price a seller will accept for a name. If the reserve price is met, the seller must sell the name to highest bidder at end of auction date. If the reserve price is not met, the seller does not have to sell the name upon auction completion. (Reserve applies only to public auctions)

* *Public Auction The name is currently open to the general public to bid on the name and the first buyer to meet the reserve price of the seller secures the name and the auction ends. When no reserve is set in this auction, the seller is obligated to sell the name on the final day of auction to the highest bidder.

* * *Private Auction This auction is held by invitation only and the bidder (buyer) must have an auction number to participate. The domain name can be advertised to a targeted group of interested parties. There may be multiple interested bidders informed about the auction and the domain name can be advertised in a variety of forums. The bidders are provided a personal auction number and may bid on the name without restrictions. These auctions can end at any time when a bid is accepted by the seller. The auction can end without reserve or notice to bidders. The first bidder to offer the right price can secure the name. Private auctions may not have an end date as seller is under no reserve obligation to sell the name.

* * * * Dual Auction This auction is open to BOTH public and private participants. The name is likely being advertised on other auction sites as well as promoted to specific parties of interest (i.e. the competitors of an industry related to the name). The seller is heavily engaged in getting the highest price for the name and time is not usually a factor.

Note: All bids on this site remain anonymous and go strait to the seller, via email, upon placement. The seller may opt to end the auction at any time when a bid has been accepted. * If your name is in a Dual Auction, the seller has retained our services to negotiate in person and answer any question regarding the name.
